A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for parties interested in bidding on construction of the JTEL Phase 1 Project at 10 am at the John Trigg Ester Library's Clausen Cabin, 3629 Main Street in Ester, after which there will be a site walk-through. The deadline for questions regarding interpretation or correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency, discrepancy, or error discovered by a bidder is May 18, 2016, 5:00 pm.
