Conference & site walk-through

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for parties interested in bidding on construction of the JTEL Phase 1 Project at 10 am at the John Trigg Ester Library’s Clausen Cabin, 3629 Main Street in Ester, after which there will be a site walk-through.
