ECA / JTEL joint boards of directors meeting on sale of land to JTEL 6/26/2011 (?) Hans Mölders, Monique Musick, Nancy Therrell, and others The boards of the Ester Community Association and the John Trigg Ester Library met to discuss terms for concluding the sale of the property on Village Road (originally purchased from Rick Winther of Malemute, Inc.) by the ECA to the JTEL. After a little discussion, the terms decided on were: the JTEL is to pay a minimum of $100 per month, and to pay off the note by the end of the year. Total sale amount: $27,000, the cost of the property to the ECA. ECA president Nancy Therrell and JTEL president Deirdre Helfferich are to create and sign a contract that takes into account the amount already paid by the JTEL. The JTEL will pay recording costs. The ECA went on to discuss 4th of July plans; JTEL president Deirdre Helfferich and secretary Monique Musick left; other JTEL members stayed on to help plan the 4th of July events. | |||||
