SUMMARY:Monthly Book Club
DESCRIPTION:81 Days Below Zero – by Brian Murphy \nFrom Amazon: \nShortly before Christmas in 1943\, five Army aviators left Alaska’s Ladd Field on a routine flight to test their hastily retrofitted B-24 Liberator in harsh winter conditions. The mission ended in a crash that claimed all but one-Leon Crane\, a city kid from Philadelphia with no wilderness experience. With little more than a parachute for cover and an old Boy Scout knife in his pocket\, Crane found himself alone in subzero temperatures. 81 Days Below Zero recounts\, for the first time\, the full story of Crane’s remarkable twelve-week saga.

SUMMARY:Monthly Book Club
DESCRIPTION:The Fault in our Stars – by John Green \nFrom Amazon: \nDespite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years\, Hazel has never been anything but terminal\, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group\, Hazel’s story is about to be completely rewritten. \nFrom John Green\, #1 bestselling author of The Anthropocene Reviewed and Turtles All the Way Down\, The Fault in Our Stars is insightful\, bold\, irreverent\, and raw. It brilliantly explores the funny\, thrilling\, and tragic business of being alive and in love.
