These plans were presented at the 5th Annual Lallapalooza & Book Bash, and show the first-stage floor plan for the main level, with an improved floor plan (you can view the earlier draft here). Phase 1 would entail building the shell for both the first and second floors and then finishing the first floor interior, while Phase 2 would involve finishing off the second floor interior.
