Library Draft Design Phases 1 & 2 click on the image to see at full size (1354 p x 1176 p). These plans were presented at the 1/18/09 design meeting, and show the first-stage floor plan for the main level as originally conceived. Phase 1 would entail building the shell for both the first and second floors and then finishing the first floor interior, while Phase 2 would involve finishing off the second floor interior.
